About Us:
Khaya Langa, which means “House of the Sun” in Zulu, is located in sight of Tragedy Hill where in 1831 Zulu Warriors killed the family and followers of pioneer Hendry Fynn in a misunderstanding over stolen cattle. With spectacular views of the hill and the popular Silver beach within sight, Khaya Llanga is situated in Port Edward, the most southerly town of Kwazulu-Natal.
Khaya Langa is the perfect location from which you can choose to explore the area with activities such as fishing, hiking, stargazing and ocean adventure. Splash Rock offers great rock fishing, with surf fishing and ski boat launch available. Whales and dolphins can be viewed from May to November and there are wonderful views from the North Sand Bluff Lighthouse.
